on a mission and movement to love!
August 2017: Partnering with OneYoungTraveler in the development of the Cultural + Community Outreach Program. Our Volunteer efforts will be located in the Atlas Mountains, 1.5hr away from Marrakech, Morocco. The Agriculture Project is designed for those volunteers who enjoy the more physical aspect of volunteering and don’t mind getting their hands dirty. The focus of this project is to assist farmers in the rural villages of the Amazigh (Berber) community, in order to improve their farming outcome. We will be located in the Atlas Mountains and work involves feeding animals, managing offspring, milking, ploughing, seeding, weeding, and harvesting, and are encouraged to teach Basic English to the farmers we are placed with. We are currently seeking sponsorships and donation for this program. Please feel free to connect with us and donate here!
March 2017: We are preparing for an amazing opportunity to serve with leaders Lonnie and Nikki Grimes and a team of 25 in Campinas, São Paulo Brasil March 30th-April 10th. This international outreach trip coordinated through Bethel will be an empowering adventure where we will lead, minister and serve in one of the most Revival-Hungry countries on the planet. I'm so excited because this trip will leave a lasting mark on Brasil as we minister to orphaned children and many who have been rescued out of sex trafficking. Visit neighborhoods throughout Campinas as well as partner with one of the fastest growing women's ministries in Brasil. We will also join a local organization which uses Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to reach kids and teens!
thus far we have...
Summer 2016: Our partnership with iReachAfrica in Gondola, Mozambique allowed us to be exposed to their life saving initiatives on health, education, leadership development, and prosperity throughout the local tribal areas. ATOH's two month outreach focused on creative development through our 4-week expressive dance class for a small group of 11-year-olds. A dance presentation was created by the students for the whole tribal community where over 100 kids and parents where in attendance. We also assisted in the educational center and supported the staff by teaching number, colors and lessons to the students 3-6 years of age (in the official Portuguese language). One of the greatest joys came from lightening the load of the long-term staff volunteers by shopping for mission base supplies and prepping meals for community-styled dining. See the highlights of our time here!
April 2016: April 4th-12th, 2016 was an experience of a life-time as we participated in an outreach trip to Los Angeles, California to spread God's love during the 110th Anniversary of Azusa Street! Bethel School is partnering with Lou Engle, The Call and many other ministries to flood Los Angeles! Thank you to all our donors who helped us reach our fundraising goal!
November 2015: Reaching those in need during our most recent mission outreach hosted on Thursday, November 26th, 2015, with Socks for Souls, Inc., in Los Angeles, California and its 7th annual Thanksgiving Donation Drive on Skid Row! It was amazing to gather with over 50 volunteers to connect with the community in this area and provide bottle waters, hygiene kits, clothing, and winter essentials.
August 2015: Packaging over 10,000 meals in just 2 hours for LeSEA Global Feed the Hungry's daily feeding program in Uganda through partnerships with Stop Hunger Now 501(c)(3) and Antioch Missionary Baptist Church's Annual Community Day in Indianapolis, Indiana.
June 2015: Searching out the poorest of the poor and ministering God's healing love throughout the Gypsy communities across three countries in Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey with Global Celebration Missions.
